- 1 cup of cooked quinoa
- ½ mango cubed
- Fresh herbs- use about ¼ cup: basil, coriander, parsley
- 1 cup of greens- spinach, lettuce, watercress
- Fresh tomatoes- if available
To decorate: radish, flowers, pomegrate seeds, avocado if in season
