Our culinary immersion journey coming
SUMMER 2022
Our culinary immersion program is a 7-week online culinary course, guided in real-time by nutritionist and culinary expert Nathi Toro and consists of Nathi´s very own curated series of plant-based culinary nutrition recipes. In this course, you will embark on a journey dedicated to cultivating a plant-based lifestyle, remembering your roots and creating food that is nourishing from within so that you can find balance while enjoying cooking.
This course will include weekly live classes with Nathi and Q&A to make sure you understand all the concepts so you can further implement those techniques into your everyday life and take steps toward sustainable living.
