A kitchen should be colorful and fun and to me teaching plant- based foods is such a powerful tool to incorporate delicious and nutritious foods into your diet while knowing that what you are putting in your body is medicine! Teaching to all levels of individuals from long time veggie lovers to athletes and meat lovers; I love exchanging flavors, teaching techniques and cultivating a culture of compassion towards what we eat, how we prepare it and who we share it with. Food is the most important event in our everyday life. Let’s cook together!
